Las Vegas, NV (WFN) -- A filmmaker who used to produce videos for Sammy Hagar is claiming his latest feature is "The Most Dangerous Movie Ever Made." Director Andrew Molina spent four months in the most dangerous guerilla zones of Columbia to shoot his docudrama, "Emerald Cowboy/Esmeraldero," which is about the high stakes world of Columbia's emerald mines. Besides risking getting shot while shooting the film, Molina and his crew also ran the threat of being kidnapped, rubbed out by rival emerald bosses or having their camera equipment hijacked. Still, he says he never considered quitting because he had a film to make and was determined to finish it. Despite the insane dangers, Molina says it's been worth it to show a view of Columbia that isn't about cocaine to film viewers. "Emerald Cowboy" opens in L.A. and Phoenix today (Oct. 17).
