Annapolis, MD (WFN) -- Maryland's first lady is the one saying "oops, I did it again" when she jokingly made a comment at a domestic violence prevention conference last week saying she wanted to "shoot Britney Spears." But Kendel Ehrlich's comment was no joking matter when it was picked up by the media and she was forced to release a statement explaining what she meant. LUBBOCK, Texas -- Five men in Lubbock, Texas, have been busted for trying to cheat on their court-ordered drug tests. During the past six months five men on probation tried to use a realistic-looking prosthetic penis that dispenses drug-free urine, known as the "Whizzinator," to pass their urine tests. An assistant director in the probation office says officers got wise when the mens' penises went "clink" against the side of the specimen cup. HAYS, Kan. -- A man from Hays, Kansas, recently received a paycheck 59 years after it was issued to him from the Kansas State University Agricultural Research Center. Jerry V. Schmidt says it was likely pay for work he did for the Research Center when he was 17-years-old back in Sept. 1944, but has no recollection of not being paid. Regardless, Schmidt won't get to cash the $11.91 check now because it expired one year after it was issued. TOPEKA, Kan. -- Kansas state senator Dave Jackson was busted for having a keg of beer at the Statehouse on Monday. Jackson says he planned to return the tapped keg to the liquor store, but forgot that it was in the back of his truck. Kansas Highway Patrol discovered the keg, but police have not decided whether to ticket senator Jackson.
