Los Angeles, CA -- The producer of an upcoming bodybuilding comedy is searching for strongmen and women -- and is hoping there's strength in numbers.

Samuel Turcotte is on a worldwide quest for gym rats and exercise fanatics to appear in his film, "No Pain, No Gain," which is about a bodybuilder who lets himself get fat and then has to train for a contest.

He's especially interested in bodybuilders, fitness models and power weightlifters with unique talents, such as unicycling.

Turcotte has been an exercise fanatic for 20 years and says the bodybuilding lifestyle has been long crying out for a movie. Still, he admits, "it's easier for an actor to fake being a football or baseball player than a bodybuilder -- and how many of those guys can act?"

The strongman search takes place at no-pain-no-gain.com and lasts until Oct. 3.
