San Diego, CA -- You think you got problems? A former Navy Petty Officer living in San Diego claims he's been attacked by every President since Jimmy Carter just for preaching the Ten Commandments.

Bob Bishop -- a 68-year-old homeless man -- claims the attacks first began when Carter had the Secret Service arrest him and inject hallucinogenics into him.

The attacks didn't stop there. Bishop claims he called Ronald Reagan to offer advice on saving the planet and the Great Communicator responded by having the FBI send him to a Veteran's hospital.

Bishop also claims Bill Clinton personally ordered the Secret Service to prod his private parts with coat hangers and former vice president Al Gore dressed up as a Palm Springs police officer in order to whip him with a wire.

George W. Bush was a little more compassionate -- he simply had Bishop evicted from his home.

Despite his presidential problems, Bishop hasn't stopped pursuing his life's mission: building five cities in Israel, which he says won't happen unless Joseph Lieberman is elected president.
