Miami Beach, FL (WFN) -- It sounds fruity but Americans may soon be sweet on a Brazilian fruit called the "Acai" ("ah-sah-ee"). Produce insiders are predicting the fruit is the next kiwi and mango and one company is jumping on the trend by selling frozen acai pulp in supermarkets. HASSLOCH, Germany -- An American broke the world's record recently for non-stop roller coaster riding at an amusement park in Germany. 43-year-old Chicago resident, Richard Rodriguez, rode the ride for 120 hours, breaking the old record set by two Japanese individuals who rode for 35.5 hours in 2002. BEIJING -- China's own version of the Loch Ness Monster has resurfaced. Eyewitnesses have reported seeing the "Lake Tianchi Monster" in a lake near North Korea. In fact, the bizarre creature allegedly surfaced five times in a 50 minute period. BERLIN -- A German man was sentenced to four months suspended jail sentence and fined him roughly $2000 for trying to sell one of his kidneys on an online auction site for the opening bid of $66,500. The man was going to use proceeds to pay off his girlfriend's debts. He was convicted of violating laws on illegal organ trading.
