New York, NY (WFN) -- Turning another year older can be a drag, unless you run a company that specializes in drag queens.

The Screaming Queens Entertainment company -- which is the first of its kind to hire out drag queens to private and corporate events -- celebrates its 10th anniversary today (July 16).

The cross dressing company has hosted shindigs for celebs like Diana Ross, Barbra Streisand and George Stephanopolous, providing services like lip-synching, performance art and catty cocktail party minglers.

Screaming Queens CEO Alex Heimberg -- who performs as Ms. Understood -- even claims Stephanopolous gave him a kiss on the cheek after giving Georgie Boy a lap dance at his bachelor party.

However, Heimberg's career highlight was when "Joan Rivers told us we were gorgeous, which is pretty nice considering all the mean things she says about everyone else."

To celebrate 10 years in the biz, the queens will be throwing a themselves a party tonight in New York.
