Auckland, New Zealand (WFN) -- A home handyman in Auckland, New Zealand, is causing a media explosion with his latest project: Building a cruise missile. Bruce Simpson is currently puttering on the homemade missile in his work shed and figures to spend $5000 U.S. before he's done. But Simpson has no intention of using his homemade artillery for evil purposes -- he just needs it to work on his real hobby, experimenting with the jet technology invented by the Nazis in World War II. Simpson bought much of his bomb gear from the United States and had no problems. He figures that's probably because every piece of the bomb -- including global positioning gear and video cameras -- all have dual applications. Amazingly, Simpson isn't worried that his bomb will get in the wrong hands and says that's because, "a truck full of fertilizer could do more damage."
