Oban, Scotland (WFN) -- Ever wanted to own a hotel? A group of Austrian businessmen will make you an offer you can't refuse. Financial advisor Wolfgang Baldauf and his buddies are getting rid of a 17-room inn in the coastal Scottish town of Oban that's worth $2 million by selling folks raffle tickets for $11 a pop. The winner will get the Kimberley Hotel free and clear, along with the staff, several summer bookings and a friendly ghost called the Grey Lady who sometimes makes noises in the hall. The ghost isn't the reason the Austrians are selling. They say they can't spend enough time away from their jobs in Austria to properly manage the hotel. Baldauf needs to get at least 350,000 people to enter the contest to make it worth his while. He already has 140,000 entries. The lottery drawing will take place July 13.
