Los Angeles, CA (WFN) -- A Los Angeles entrepreneur is hoping to raise a political stink with a farting doll modeled on President George W. Bush.

Richard Halpern is just finishing the final touches on "Pull My Finger President," a plush doll that emits noxious gas sounds and sayings whenever its finger is pulled.

Some of the stinkier comments made by the butt-buzzing Prez include, ""Hey, Saddam! Here's a weapon of mass destruction! (Toot!)" and "Our nation must come together (Toot!) to ignite!"

Although political humor has been having a hard time since the war with Iraq began, it's not stinking up Halpern's business.

He says the demand for fart humor is coming from both ends -- Republicans and Democrats alike.

In fact, Halpern thinks President Bush will be firmly behind his farting namesake because, "he started out in the gas business himself."
