New York, NY (WFN) -- In the new "Playboy" spread for "Joe Millionaire" reject Sarah Kozer, "gut" you see is "gut" you get.

Kozer tells gossip reporter Baird Jones that when she posed naked for the mag, she promised herself there would be no airbrushing because she wanted to force herself to "be okay with my body, whatever its petty faults."

Still, she admits she freaked out when it was time to get naked and sucked in her gut as much as possible. It finally hurt so much that she had no other choice but to let it hang out.

Even worse, Kozer says really felt like a "total idiot" when she saw the photos with her sucked-in stomach because, in her words, "My face was so tensed up from trying to hold in my stomach that none of the shots could be used anyway."

Kozer's latest project is a coming-of-age novel she's just finished titled "Thoroughbreds In Need Of A Track." She hopes to find a publisher soon.
