San Diego, CA (WFN) -- "Wheel of Fortune" co-host Vanna White is healthy as an ox, and much prettier too.

The gameshow celebrates 20 years in syndication and, in her tenure, White says she's only been absent twice.

One time, Vanna says Merv Griffin's daughter-in-law stood in for her, and another person stood in for her when she had to attend a funeral.

Not a bad attendance record, considering she gave birth to two children in that 20 year span. Luckily, Vanna didn't have to take a maternity leave because the show was not filming at that time.

The trooper says she's dragged herself to work with stomach viruses and kept a trash can stashed behind the clue board "just in case," but she never had to use it.

"Wheel of Fortune" begins its San Diego Week today (Apr. 28), airing episodes filmed in America's Finest City.
