St. Louis, MO (WFN) -- Some big-boned beauties refuse invitations to proms because they can't find dresses in their size. But now an ex-reporter in St. Louis is helping curvy cuties with an online store which sells ball gowns in sizes from 14 to 44.

Phyllis Brasch Librach admits it was incredibly difficult to find manufacturers which make trendy gowns in large sizes, so she used her skills as an investigative reporter to locate the 100 dresses currently available on her website, sydneyscloset.com

She says some styles are kinder to plus-size petunias, like A-line skirts and empire waists which skim over the stomach, hips and thighs. But there's still demand for curve-clinging sexy sheaths.

Librach's main goal is to "tip the scales in favor of the curvy customer and get skinny customers to crave what she has."

She must be doing something right, because skinny girls are coming to the site asking, "Where can I get this dress in my size?"
