Rome, Italy -- Police have arrested a German man who was jogging naked through a park in Rome. The 48-year-old told officers he didn't realize public nudity was a crime in Italy, reports ananova.com.

A Kentucky appeals court decided the woman should be given a jury trial for the injury even though Petsmart lawyers argued the company shouldn't be held responsible because the injured woman was aware animals are allowed to roam the store and she couldn't determine the freshness of the feces.
