Female Cartoon Characters Boobs Are Too Big, Says Art School

Pittsburgh, PA -- A nationwide art school is up in arms over the breast size of female characters in animated movies and video games.

Female instructors at The Art Institute agree that cartoon breasts are being drawn too big.

Angela Love, instructor at the Pittsburgh campus calls the characters sexist and says, "a breast reduction would be a good thing."

Meanwhile, Portland-based art instructor Nance Paternoster says there aren't enough interesting female characters who have a brain, although she admits "Shrek's" Princess Fiona is a good start.

The instructors credit the busty depictions to a lack of female animators and say not enough women are getting interested in the animation field as they'd like.

But although both women say gals in cartoons are too busty, neither one could name a specific character whose bosoms are too big -- or one who is a good role model for breast size, for that matter.
