HOLLYWOOD -- Ex-"Ally McBeal" blondie Portia de Rossi will play Caroline Bessette Kennedy in an upcoming TV biopic about JFK Jr. According to "The Hollywood Reporter," producers of the TBS flick, "America's Prince: The JFK Jr." story, are still searching for an actor to play the late Kennedy hunk, but they have cast Jaqueline Bissett to play his mom, Jackie O.

LOS ANGELES -- It's a wheel of misfortune for Vanna White. America's best known letter-turner has filed for divorce from her husband of 11 years over "irreconcilable differences."

SYDNEY, Australia -- The Spice Girls may have dropped off the map, but it looks like Mel "Scary Spice" B is attempting to drag herself back. According to, Mel is set to star in a BBC sitcom which will be similar to "Friends." "Burn It," in which the singer plays a nurse, will air this winter.

LOS ANGELES -- If Ben Affleck were a wise man, he'd stay away from actor Michael Clarke Duncan. Duncan, who played the gentle giant faith healer in "The Green Mile, "is set to star as super-villain Kingpin in the Affleck vehicle "Daredevil." Duncan recently told that he is going to "really kick Ben Affleck's butt in the end" and that he looks forward to "strangling" the actor.
