Richard Hockey of the Queensland Injury Surveillance Unit, says trapped genitals are the No. 1 clothing-related injury and suggests men switch to button-fly trousers.

ARLINGTON, Wash. -- Whoever said a bird in the hand is worth two in a bush never met Arlington, Washington, resident Jamie Wing. After a red-tailed hawk collided with her pickup truck it flew into her truck and clamped its talons onto her right hand. Wing said the pain was so intense she considered ringing the birds neck, but waited until handlers could unclasp it from her. Unfortunately, the hawk's injuries required it be euthanized.

MEDFORD, Ore. -- Cammode code crackers in the Medford, Oregon, prison system have found that inmates are communicating to one another by clogging the toilets to fill them with air. The Jackson County jail commander says the inmates can shout and even sing messages to one another through the pipes.
