Chelsea, NY -- Doctors may have a bone to pick with an exhibit of nude x-ray art when it opens this Friday (Sept. 13) in, Chelsea, New York.

The exhibit at the Sperone Westwater Gallery features gothic stained windows containing skeletal x-rays of folks performing sexual acts like giving fellatio.

Although artist Wim Delvoye says he was aware that the high-powered X-rays could cause a momentary drop in fertility of the models, he admits he didn't stop to consider the risk of birth defects or cancer caused by the rays.

Delvoye tells gossip reporter Baird Jones that he hopes the models are okay.

In his words, "Americans are much more conscious of health issues than in Belgium, where, with art, we just let things happen"
