Kittie Singer: 'We Only Exercise Our Livers'

Toronto, Ontario (WFN) -- Lots of rock stars nowadays have personal trainers, but the singer from the Canadian metal band Kittie says the only thing she and her bandmates exercise is their livers.

Morgan Lander says her band parties so much on tour that they have to break in their livers by "drinking heavily" before tours so they can "be in shape" once they head out on the tour bus.

Her sister, drummer Mercedes Lander, agrees. She says the last time they were on tour they, quote, "got trashed out of our faces" at a bar and ended up cussing out the singer from Starsailor.

Kittie embarks on the third leg of its Run Like Hell tour July 6 in Bonner Springs, Kansas.
