SYDNEY, Australia -- Australian Shakira fans are raging mad about a recent in-store appearance. According to Sydney's "Herald Sun," the pop star was scheduled to sign autographs at a local store but when the fans showed up, they were told they'd have to buy her latest CD to get entrance to the store.
