'Take Two Yanni Cds And Call Me In The Morning'

Los Angeles, CA (WFN) -- Yanni may soon want to change his name to DOCTOR Yanni: A new study suggests that listening to Yanni tunes can actually improve reasoning skills in children.

Britain's "Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine" is reporting that Yanni's ditties are almost as effective as Mozart at improving a child's hand-to-eye coordination.

Executives at Yanni's record label say they are now racking their brains to find the best way to promote the news.

Virgin records vice president Ken Pedersen says the label will immediately inform American music teachers about Yanni's health benefits and is considering supplying schools with free CDs.

Pedersen thinks the findings will be especially popular with New Agers and says he won't be surprised if they start advising folks to, "Take two Yanni CDs and call me in the morning."
