Life Imitates Art For Internet Actress

New York, NY (WFN) -- Some actresses who play psychiatrists actually conduct research by talking to real docs, but not actress Tovah Feldshuh.

The actress -- best known for her appearances on "Law & Order" -- plays a psychotherapist on a new internet series called CouchConfessions.com and says her role requires her to improvise treatments off the top of her head.

In real life, Feldshuh has no medical training and says her best ideas on being a shrink come from being a mom and a soccer coach, which have taught her the "importance of tough love."

However, she's not worried her fellow actors will sue her for malpractice because, despite not being a real doc, she says they all connected from the make-believe therapy.
