Grizzly Adams Selling 'Easy Rider' Bike

Del Mar, CA (WFN) -- Here's a reason to get your motor running and head out on the highway: The motorcycle Peter Fonda rode in "Easy Rider" is going up for sale.

"Grizzly Adams" actor Dan Haggerty -- who worked on the bikes in the flick -- owns the only remaining motorcycle used in the movie and is now putting it up for auction.

The one surviving cycle has been stored in Haggerty's garage for the past 30 years, and although the cinematic cycle was trashed in a stunt, he's now restored the bike to its former counterculture glory.

The red, white and blue chopper will be auctioned off tomorrow at the Goodguys Rod and Custom car show in Del Mar, California, and could fetch up to $100,000.

Haggerty says his heart will always be with the bike, but he wants the money to help two of his children get through college.
