Los Angeles, CA -- A New York man is bringing men and menstruation together with the aid of his homemade tampon cases.

The 33-year-old man calls himself "Vinnie The Tampon Case Distributor" and wants to convince guys that menstruation doesn't have to make them squeamish.

Vinnie -- who frequently wears a bright red T-shirt that reads "Undisputed King of Tampon Cases" -- often hands out his custom cases to people who recognize him on the street.

He says he uses the opportunity to educate men that it's not necessary to feel embarrassment about a woman's period.
