Woman Creates T-Shirts To Heal What Ails Ya

Sherborn, MA (WFN) -- Can a colored T-shirt help heal what ails you? A Massachusetts woman thinks so.

Blair Van Brunt is the creator of a line of brightly-colored T-shirts called "Chakra-Tees" which supposedly help alleviate symptoms of various health problems.

The T-shirts correspond to a different "chakra" or energy center of the body, and are decorated with colors and various herbs that help treat problems in those areas.

For example, the orange Chakra-Tee corresponds to the immune system and sex organs and depicts images of echinacea and a PMS-reducing herb called dong quai.

Van Brunt says she was inspired to create the $25 T-shirts after using herbal remedies to help her young daughter, who suffers from a rare bone marrow condition.
