Candidates Warned To Fight Bodily Functions During Debate

New York, NY (WFN) -- Tempers aren't the only thing Al Gore and George W. Bush need to keep in check during tonight's debate: they should also fight their bodily functions.

New York-based image consultant Dominique Isbecque says it's important the presidential hopefuls don't let misplaced hiccups or stray burps fly because it will distract from their message.

She advises Bush and Gore to steer clear of any foods which might cause gas before the debate and keep water nearby to prevent hiccups.

But if burps, hiccups or other obnoxious eruptions can't be squelched, she says the best tactic is to ignore any gassy grumbling sounds entirely and move on with the debate.
