The Bank of America Accelerated Cash Rewards(TM) American Express® Card, issued by FIA Card Services, N.A., is a good option for people with good credit who would like the opportunity to earn cash rewards from their purchases. The cash reward program offered with this card earns rebates at the rate of 1.25% back on every dollar spent on all retail purchases. Once cardholders reach a multiple of $50 ($50, $100, $150, etc.), they can redeem rewards for checks, statement credits, or designate a bank account in which to directly deposit their rewards. While there is no limit to the amount of cash back rewards cardholders can earn, rewards become ineligible for redemption five years from the date they were earned. Additional benefits available with this cash rewards credit card include fraud protection, car rental and travel insurance, emergency travel service, access to the MyConcierge(SM) personal assistance service, and around-the-clock access to account activity on the Internet. APRs for this card are fixed at a reasonably low rate, for those who qualify. Those who do not qualify for the low rate will have a higher fixed rate APR for purchases. Cardholders can take advantage of the 0% introductory rate that extends to balance transfers for the first 15 billing cycles.
