The NFL Extra Points™ Platinum Plus® Visa® Card, issued by FIA Card Services, N.A., is designed for NFL fans with good credit who plan to take advantage of the reward program that is offered.
Through the reward program, cardholders earn one point per dollar spent on all qualifying purchases. Points are redeemable for a variety of NFL team experiences, collectibles, and merchandise. Points expire in five years.
Aside from the reward program, the card offers benefits such as fraud protection and online account access. Cardholders will also receive a $25 NFL Shop gift certificate with their first qualifying purchase.
The card has no annual fee, a 0% introductory rate for both balance transfers and cash advance checks for the first twelve billing cycles, and a very low fixed interest rate for those who qualify once the introductory rate expires. It is important to understand that the APR for purchases and balance transfers will vary according to the applicant's credit history and will be either 9.99% or 15.99%.
