When you answer the phone at work or meet customers, you represent your employer. Always say "Good morning (or afternoon or evening). Thank you for calling [Name of Your Employer]. May I help you?"

When you enter a room with co-workers or customers, say "Good morning" and ask how they are feeling. When possible, ask if you can help someone. When leaving, say "goodbye" or "good night".

Be friendly and sociable.

Remember to say "thank you" and "please."

Even if someone is rude to you, remain polite and keep your good attitude.

KEEP YOUR COOL, FOLLOW THE RULES

In any job, there may be differences of opinion or heated discussions, but never lose your cool. Anger, profanity, and violence are the fastest ways to be fired. Stealing and fraud also will get you fired. Workplace rules about smoking, drugs, drinking, and other behaviors are meant to be followed. Do not cross the line!
